Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up-to $5000 for any information leading to the identity, location and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the Grand Theft Motor Vehicle and Kidnapping that occurred on February 17th, 2021 in the driveway of the 3200 block of W 31st Street. A H/M approximately 6' tall, skinny, and wearing all black clothing stole a 2017 Blue Honda Accord with a temporary tag# L883622 occupied by the victims minor children. The victim left the vehicle running in the driveway, and ran inside the residence to pick-up something she forgot. Once inside the residence the victim heard the vehicle pulling out of the driveway. The subject drove the vehicle a few blocks and released the minor children on W. 32nd Street and the subject kept on driving. The vehicle should have a Ganley License Plate Holder, a USMC sticker, crystals, and a Charter Steel Parking pass hanging from the mirror. Any information provided to Crime Stoppers is anonymous. On Tuesday, January 21st, 2021 the pictured subject impersonated a police officer by telling the victim that she was illegally parked at Public Square in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, and acted as a police officer by requesting the victims Identification. The subject then acted like he was running her information through police dispatch. The subject told the victim to leaver her keys in the vehicle and go inside Tower City to get her friend. That is when the subject stole the vehicle, and the Cleveland Police recovered the vehicle a short time later on East 59th Street. Any information provided to Crime Stoppers will be anonymous.
